I went to this shop yesterday with my son to get a ruck sack met by the lady upstairs who was very helpful and very knowledgeable . I go back there good for outdoor stuff good quality.
This is a really good shop if you need stuff for hiking and camping and stuff like that, ive been a few times, the lady that is always upstairs is always very helpful, but it can get busy and no one comes to help her, i find this quite disgraceful as there is always a few young boys who work there down stairs hanging around doing nothing, while this lady is busy upstairs with cutomers and climbing up ladders to hang things and label things, and i never see them doing anything. Looks like the poor woman does all the work in there.

Most pleasant experience I have had in a store recently. Came to change my bike’s break pads, the girl who initially greeted me was really nice and professional, the guys from the repair shop consulted me on a better deal in regards of quality, my seat was adjusted without me asking.... very happy, will use them only from now on. Thanks
Received great help from a diligent young lady called Mimi, a credit to Halfords, great customer service; surprised to discover she has only been working there for 5 months. Quick, efficient and pro-active, she clearly knew what she was doing. I would recommend this store to anybody. A great McDonalds next door

Staff are super nice and helpful. Everything is a very good competitive price - in fact the two products I was looking for today we're actually cheaper than the online price. Big carpark for easy access. Well happy
Were lucky to be helped by a guy named Anthony who really knew what he was talking about. Great help and super advices without trying to oversell.
